Warranty Policy

Haven pods come with a five-year warranty*. The warranty period starts on the next day after your pod has been delivered to you. The warranty is only effective when Haven pod installation guidelines have been followed during installation, when the product has been used as intended and when your pod has been maintained according to the maintenance guidelines.

Structural 

All Haven pods come with a five-year warranty on its structural integrity. This warranty covers any defects in construction or materials that may impact the performance or stability of the pod within a business environment. In the event of a covered structural issue, we will repair or replace the affected part or the entire product, at our discretion, free of charge to your business.

Electrical Components

*We provide a one-year warranty on all electrical components. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that may occur during normal use. In the event of a covered issue, we will repair or replace the faulty electrical component at no additional cost to your business.

Pod Installation, Relocation and Repairs

All pod installations/relocations must be carried out by Knight Group certified pod installers or given explicit permission by Knight. Any installations/relocations conducted without the involvement or authorisation of Knight may void the warranty.

In the event of pod relocation, it is the responsibility of the customer to inform Knight and seek assistance or approval for the relocation process. Knight will provide guidance and support to ensure a smooth and secure relocation.

Any attempt to dismantle the pod, whether in part or in whole, by unauthorised individuals or entities, including the customer, contractors, or third parties, may void the warranty. The customer must not engage in any dismantling, disassembly, modification, or alteration of the pod without prior written consent from Knight.

In case of pod repairs or maintenance, the customer must contact Knight or Reseller pod was purchased from to arrange for necessary repairs. Knight will either conduct the repairs or grant permission for the customer to proceed with authorised repairs conducted by approved technicians. Failure to follow this procedure may result in warranty voidance.

Knight reserves the right to inspect the pod and assess the condition before authorising any repairs, modifications, or relocations to ensure compliance with warranty terms and conditions.

The warranty provided by Knight covers manufacturing defects and faults arising from normal usage. Any damage caused by mishandling, misuse, neglect, unauthorised modifications, or unauthorised repairs by non-Knight certified personnel will not be covered under warranty.

Knight’s warranty obligations are limited to repair or replacement of defective parts or the entire pod, at its sole discretion. Knight is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the use, inability to use, or unauthorised modifications to the pod.

This warranty clause is subject to Knight’s general terms and conditions of sale and is effective from the date of purchase of the pod.

General Conditions and Exclusions

To claim warranty service, please retain your original proof of purchase or invoice.
Warranty claims must be made within the specified warranty period.
The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original business purchaser.

This warranty is valid for business-to-business transactions within New Zealand only.
Warranty repairs or replacements do not extend or renew the original warranty period.

Exclusions to quotes encompass all work involving builders or contractors, consents from council or building regulatory entities, or connections to centralised building systems such as fire, air conditioning, or alarm/monitoring apparatuses.

The pricing herein is reflective of customary access hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with delivery via lift only.

Any unique delivery requisites will be separately evaluated and priced.
